Up to now OYA has absorbed these extraordinary costs and unfortunately, we see no further option than to adjust the pricing on all OYA products."

Please note: We would like to draw your attention to a difference in the visual appearance of recently filled permanent color -00(N+) series. Due to a change in manufacturing procedures, certain batches of -00(N+) permanent color will appear white coming out of the tube instead of orange yet the end result and performance is identical.
